From a very early age, I was building with my father, learning that the physical world begins in the invisible, as vision, as clarity, as an idea held long enough to become real.

Long before I had language for philosophy, identity, or signal, I was learning something I still believe now: reality is shaped first in the unseen, then in the choices and structures that give it form.

I was also an entrepreneur early, running a marketing campaign and hiring an employee by twelve.

Bear chases, near plane crashes, survival in the wild, and deep contact with nature gave me another kind of education. They taught me about awareness, consequence, resilience, and the mysterious intelligence moving through life.

Before I had words for any of it, I was already being shaped by the relationship between inner state and outer reality.

At twenty-seven, during an ordinary morning shower, my sense of self dissolved in a spontaneous non-ordinary state that rerouted my life from the inside out.

What followed was not an escape from the world, but a deeper investigation into the forces that shape it.

In the years that followed, I began developing what I came to call Evolution by Intelligent Design, a living framework for how consciousness evolves through the realities we create and inhabit.

I became deeply interested in the power of words, symbols, myth, and narrative, not just as forms of expression, but as the very materials through which human beings shape perception, identity, and world.

What deepened that understanding was not philosophy alone.

It came through years of direct practice and serious inquiry, through yoga, breath, intentional psychedelic exploration, and later, through real personal relationships with some of the most celebrated philosophers, intellectuals, and futurists of our time.

Together, those paths helped refine something I had already begun to sense: coherent realities do not just organize life. They shape consciousness itself.

Years later, breath became one of the most direct embodied proofs of what I had been uncovering all along. That path led me to found America’s first breathwork studio and help guide thousands of people into greater clarity, agency, and transformation.

Today, my work brings these threads together, philosophy, identity, signal, coherence, and world-building.

I help founders, creators, and cultural architects bring their deeper signal into form, so what they build carries more truth, more coherence, and stronger gravity.

Because whether we realize it or not, we are all building lives from the stories, structures, and signals we live inside.
