Why I wrote it
I spent years trying to understand something that revealed itself in an ordinary morning shower and quietly rearranged everything. What I was after turned out to be simpler than I'd expected: a more coherent way to live. This book is what I found, written for the version of you that has already, in some private way, begun to move past the old story.
