These terms govern your use of leomarrs.com (the "Site") and any consulting engagement booked through it with Leo Marrs ("I," "me," or "my"). By using the Site or booking an engagement, you agree to these terms.
The Services
I offer three consulting tiers: Signal, Identity, and World, each described on the Site with its own scope, deliverables, and duration. Any engagement begins with a free Vibe Check call to confirm fit, tier, timing, and scope. Scope, price, and start date are confirmed in writing (email or agreement) before work begins.
Work outside the agreed scope of an engagement, including change orders, additional sessions, or post-sprint support, is billed at my hourly rate and agreed to in writing before that work begins.
Payment
Payment schedules vary by tier and are set out in your engagement agreement. In general, a portion of the fee is due upfront to secure your engagement slot, with the remainder due at defined milestones (such as logo approval or site launch, depending on tier).
Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Once a deposit is paid or work has begun, no refunds will be issued, including if you choose to end the engagement early.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Live sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect the engagement timeline but do not entitle you to a refund or extension beyond what's reasonable.
Intellectual Property
Once an engagement is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for you, including your Signal Canon, brand identity assets, and landing page (as applicable to your tier). You're free to use, modify, and build on them.
I retain ownership of my underlying framework, methods, templates, and any general tools or processes used to create your deliverables. I also retain the right to reference completed engagements in my portfolio and marketing materials, using discretion about what's shared publicly. If you'd prefer your engagement not be referenced publicly, let me know and I'll honor that.
Work remains mine until paid in full. I don't grant rights to unfinished or unpaid work.
Confidentiality
I treat what you share with me during an engagement, including personal, business, and strategic information, as confidential. I won't disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the engagement (for example, using tools listed in my Privacy Policy) or as required by law.
No Guarantee of Results
My work is upstream thinking, brand identity, and strategic clarity work. I don't guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or results, since those depend on factors outside my control, including your execution after the engagement ends.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement in question. I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Site Use
You agree to use the Site for its intended purpose and not to misuse it, including attempting to disrupt its operation or access data you're not authorized to access.
