Leo Marrs ("I," "me," or "my") operates leomarrs.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information I collect through the Site, how I use it, and the choices you have.
Information I Collect
Information you provide directly. When you book a Vibe Check call, fill out the pre-call questionnaire, sign up for reflection prompts, or subscribe to my weekly newsletter, vicion/logic, I collect what you submit: your name, email address, and any details you share about your work, goals, or project.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, leomarrs.com uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Site. This includes basic analytics data such as pages viewed, time on page, referring source, device type, and general location (city or region level, not precise location).
I do not collect payment or financial information through the Site. Deposits and payments for consulting engagements are handled separately, outside the Site.
How I Use This Information
I use the information I collect to:
Respond to inquiries and schedule Vibe Check calls
Prepare for and deliver consulting sessions
Send reflection prompts, session recaps, and related engagement materials to active clients
Send the weekly vicion/logic newsletter to subscribers
Understand how visitors find and use the Site, so I can improve it
I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Tools I Use
The Site and my client process rely on a small number of third-party tools, each of which processes data on my behalf:
Framer: hosts the Site
Google Analytics: provides aggregate site usage data
Calendly (or equivalent scheduling tool): manages Vibe Check call bookings and may collect your name, email, and time zone to schedule the call
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies for basic analytics. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect how the Site functions.
Data Retention
I retain your information for as long as it's needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver a consulting engagement, or maintain a record of past client work. If you'd like your information deleted, you can request that at any time (see Contact, below).
Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from vicion/logic or any other email communications at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting me directly. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information I hold about you.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
